Though he offers unprecedented experience in civil fraud collections and bankruptcy actions, he also holds a position as an Assistant Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Texas.

Laurie Dillon is a senior paralegal specializing in the areas of bankruptcy and general civil litigation with more than 20 years of legal experience. Ms. Dillon has extensive experience assisting attorneys and their clients in preparing various court pleadings, Chapter 7 and 13 petitions and other office correspondence.
Praised for her productivity and diligence, Ms. Dillon oversees a large caseload and deals directly with clients to assist them throughout their cases. Her skill set and expertise is voluminous. Her previous experience includes working as a paralegal to a United States Bankruptcy Trustee for several years before joining the firm in 2003. She earned her Paralegal Certification from Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York and is a Notary Public in several states.
Senior Collections Officer, Bankruptcy Analyst
After working as a stockbroker, Thomas Santoro gained extensive experience in collections and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Santoro joined the firm in 2003 and quickly began organizing repayment plans with thousands of debtors. For more than a decade, Mr. Santoro has effectively managed a large volume of contacts and settlements.
